By exercising, a person’s depression is said to be cured. Studies have shown that exercise is much better than a drug that treats depression.
We sometimes feel tired for no reason, and instead of taking a nap, it has found out that exercise like a walk can boost energy and even fights fatigue. When a person has chronic condition related with fatigue, cancer and heart disease, his or her energy level is low, and so there are new researches that suggest that regular exercise will increase his or her energy level.
Experts said that we can prevent a cardiovascular disease by exercising, because exercise can impact on the relation of physical activity and cardiovascular health condition. The lack of physical exercise is said to be one of the major risk factors for disease in our cardiovascular system. It is mentioned that a regular physical exercise can make one’s heart stronger, thereby pumping more blood with less effort.
