Holistic health studio for weight-loss, wellness debuts in north Colorado Springs | Health

Colorado Springs residents looking to lose weight and forge healthier lifestyles now have another tool in their back pocket.
Southern California-based Lindora, known for its medically guided metabolic health and wellness solutions, on Friday opened its first Colorado location at 460 Chapel Hills Drive, Suite 120, northeast of the Chapel Hills Drive and Briargate Parkway in northern Colorado Springs.
Husband-and-wife team Joe and Heather Kelley have debuted the first Lindora in the state and local community, bringing a virtual “one-stop-shop” for holistic wellness offerings that span the gamut.
Lindora offers weight loss programs; medically supervised GLP-1 therapy, which includes using medications that mimic the effects of the naturally occurring hormone that regulates blood sugar, appetite and digestion; nutritional guidance; one-on-one coaching; hormone and testosterone replacement therapy; IV hydration therapy; cold laser body contouring; and more.

Joe Kelley, who with his wife, Heather Kelley, own the Lindora location that opened in Briargate in northern Colorado Springs on Friday. Kelley shows off the health and wellness center’s selection of Lindora-brand nutrition products.
The couple is new to the industry, but opened the Lindora location because they are passionate about health and wellness, Joe Kelley said. He left his longtime career in the IT industry to take the reins running the Lindora location in Briargate, while his wife remains mainly focused on her extensive career in finance.
The Kelleys intentionally chose to open in Colorado Springs because of its culture of active living and the community’s focus on health, he said. They moved to the Springs in November 2023 from Southern California, and had lived in the Caribbean for many years before that.
“Health and wellness is an area we connect with personally, and this space allows us to be part of the community,” Kelley said.
Lindora’s wide breadth of services, which include a selection of Lindora-brand products like protein bars, meal replacements, snacks and beverages; its personalized health and wellness plans; and its one-on-one coaching make the brand stand out from other health and wellness clinics that offer fewer services, he added.
Clients used to have to travel to multiple places to create customized diet plans, or undergo body sculpting or IV hydration therapy. They can do all of that and more at Lindora, a medically guided facility that staffs a nurse practitioner and four licensed practical nurses at the Briargate location, Kelley said.
The health and wellness center also provides the crucial component of accountability and support that many people need when they set out to lose weight and improve health.

Lindora clients can also purchase from a small collection of athletic wear at the new location in Briargate in northern Colorado Springs.
“We really want to work with our clients and understand where they’re at and where they want to be. This will be a highly supportive atmosphere,” Kelley said. “Ideally, we want to see our clients coming in three to five times a week. This way, if you’ve lost a pound, we’re celebrating with you. If you’ve hit a plateau or put on some weight, we can discuss why. Our staff is trained to help people with accountability, and a lot of it is mental. We know this can be tough.”
Based in Irvine, Calif., Lindora was founded in Southern California in 1971 and now has 31 locations across the United States. The company is expanding across the nation, developing other locations in Dallas; Atlanta; Nashville, Tenn.; Boise, Idaho; Buffalo, N.Y.; Plantation, Fla.; and Sacramento, Calif., according to a company news release. A location is also planned to open in Boulder County, according to Lindora’s website.
Lindora at Briargate does not accept insurance plans, but offers several membership tiers ranging from $149 a month to $749 a month. This weekend, the wellness center is offering 30% off its memberships.
The Kelleys plan to host a grand opening celebration the afternoon of May 23.
They join a host of new businesses that have opened, expanded or announced openings across Colorado Springs in recent weeks, including several in the health and medical industries.
Among them is Diversus Health, which in early April opened its newest facility in the Security-Widefield area, expanding access to mental health care in what the company called an “underserved area.”
Senior care organization nonprofit Rocky Mountain Health Care Services, which operates the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), announced it is opening a third location on the south side of Colorado Springs in the Quail Lake area, offering medical care and services for older adults.
In February, UCHealth opened a primary care clinic in Fountain, just south of Colorado Springs, expanding area residents’ choice for primary and behavioral health care close to home.
